Success is achieved through the perfect interplay of key elements. The same applies to a family business. As Head of IT/TELCO Services, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of services that require special TLC (tender loving care) attention. Your task is not only to monitor and ensure that the services run smoothly, but also to constantly rethink how their quality and efficiency can be improved. It's about teamwork, where you will need to use your communication and organizational skills across all departments of the company (operations, development, customer support).There will be times when the initiative will be yours alone. It is important that you recognize which customer ideas are important and which are beyond the scope of our services. For this reason, coordination with the product team is particularly important to avoid misunderstandings and missing out on interesting business opportunities.
<h2>What should you know, have and be able to do?</h2>
Knowledge of the Telco environment and technology is a great advantage. Self-reliance, independence, the ability to soak up processes, learn without direction and apply knowledge in a meaningful way are some of the requirements for this position. The ability to put others at ease in stressful situations, direct attention towards solutions and have a positive charisma is essential. You should be able to clearly phrase database queries and create clear visualizations in tools such as Grafana.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the container stack, where more than 90% of our systems are concentrated.
