In recent decades, the telecommunications and IT sector has created unique opportunities for great innovation and high added value. At the same time, there emerged a number of interesting market segments in which smaller companies can position themselves well in cooperation with large multinationals.
We are building Europe's leading telecommunications service provider - the COMVERGA Group. It develops and operates its own infrastructure for convergent services, which ensures for our partners a maximum of independence from technology, suppliers and networks.
We also own stakes in companies that provide outsourcing and security services in information technology.

COMVERGA is an international provider of telecommunications and payment services. The company develops and operates its own infrastructure to provide services being independent of technology, suppliers and networks. Different networks and host service providers are interconnected to offer partners and customers a wide range of converged services.
E-Business Services (CZ)
A specialist in IT outsourcing and security services, including security policy development, security and risk analysis, attack detection and pentesting. In addition, eBS offers monitoring services, helpdesk services and application development.
COOP Mobil (CZ)
COOP Mobil is the first virtual customer advisor in the Czech Republic. It combines making phone calls with shopping for groceries and daily consumer needs. In addition to very favorable mobile phone rates, customers of the COOP store network enjoy a range of benefits, such as discounts for regular purchases, product discounts and more.
QUADRUPLE (CZ)
Quadruple is a wholesale aggregator for convergent telecommunication services. The company operates an aggregation platform for mobile services on the Vodafone network, xDSL services on the CETIN network, as well as FTTH and DOCSIS connections on the networks of local providers. Additional services such as IPTV and messaging are also provided. Dozens of operators and partners in the Czech Republic are already using Quadruple's services.
FAYNmobil (CZ)
Operating on the market since 2002, the company has established itself as a stable and experienced Czech operator. It is known for its fair approach to customers, with many years of experience in customer service as its main focus. Private individuals, tradesmen and companies receive services without contractual commitment on credit or on account.
mProfi.pl (PL)
The project based on SaaS - Software-as-a-Service - offers companies an intuitive environment for managing communication with their customers via SMS, e-mail and special mobile applications. They can choose from a wide range of service programs such as surveys, polls, data base building and much more.
e-Identity (CZ)
The accredited certification authority e-Identity a.s. provides a wide range of services related to the issuance of electronic certificates. It issues qualified and commercial certificates. The company actively contributes to the development of secure electronic communication between business partners, private individuals, state and local authorities.
KlokanMobil (CZ)
Czech operator specialised in providing flexible and affordable services. It emphasizes customer satisfaction and personal approach. It offers a wide range of mobile services for private individuals, sole traders and businesses, including tariffs such as "As I jump, so I pay" and prepaid cards. It also provides bundled services with roaming and international calls.
Lama mobile (CZ)
A Czech mobile operator focusing on fair prices and simple mobile services. It offers tailored plans, from basic calls to unlimited packages with data. Pečky Rail Depot (CZ)
Depo Pečky – history and modern living in one building.
Depo Pečky is a unique technical monument from 1871 that has been transformed into a modern space for living and community life. In the former engine house, you can still find historic locomotives, while the original facilities for train drivers have been converted into comfortable accommodation with an authentic industrial atmosphere.

Delta Site (CZ)
Delta Site – new purpose with respect for history.
The revitalization of the former rope factory in the heritage zone of Horní Benešov brings new life to the city center. The site, which for decades hosted glassmaking, carpentry, locksmithing, and shoe repair workshops, had long been left to decay. Today, however, a new chapter begins.
Delta Site offers modern accommodation and commercial spaces for rent, while continuing the tradition of craftsmanship – right in the courtyard operates the traditional Delta carpentry workshop, where furniture and solid wood products are made and used in other Košut Capital Holding projects.
The site also includes a café and confectionery, creating a pleasant meeting place in the heart of the city.

Built in 1933 by the family of local lawyer Chlud, Villa Vlasta has retained its First Republic charm despite its turbulent post-war past. Thanks to a sensitive restoration, it now serves as a place of rest and recreation, where original atmosphere meets modern comfort.

The building is closely linked to Wenzel Franz Olbrich – a prominent textile entrepreneur, brewer, and former mayor of the city. Residence Olbrich brings new life to this historic house.

Presto Ventures (CZ)
Presto Ventures is a dynamic investment firm focused on supporting innovative start-ups and fast-growing technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe. We collaborate with Presto Ventures in funds dedicated to SaaS, B2B Marketplace, defense, aerospace, and security sectors.
Motor AI (DE)
Motor AI is a German startup developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology. Its software functions similarly to the human brain and is fully deterministic. The technology can be integrated into existing vehicles (e.g., Mercedes) and focuses on urban public transport, enabling service in areas that large buses cannot reach. Customizable routes improve public transport accessibility and make life easier for seniors and people with disabilities. Germany is the most advanced EU country in autonomous driving legislation, giving Motor AI an ideal position for real technological and social impact.
Nature and well-being
We invest in the well-being of our customers through body care services and natural products under the brand KOSSUTH®. Wellness and fitness services are offered as well. Furthermore we are also committed to hunting as part of a sustainable approach to nature.
Wellness and fitness services
A wide range of massages and therapies, a relaxation pool, saunas, a steam bath, a salt grotto, solarium, a fitness room, a variety of courses and exercises are used not only by residents and staff, but also by customers from near and far.
Natural soaps
Our natural soaps are made exclusively from vegetable oils obtained by cold pressing. In addition to the Natural version, we provide a range of soaps with an admixture of various herbs and natural essences. All of these products are particularly suitable for customers with sensitive skin and allergies.
Hunting
Our hunting grounds are located on the border of Hrubý and Nízký Jeseník and have a total area of about 5000 Acres. In addition to the possibility of hunting with a professional guide, we offer hunters and their families comfortable accommodation in a villa of the First Czechoslovak Republic. The beautiful surroundings provide opportunities for many different activities.
